1. Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot support exchanges or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be accompanied by the original packaging, receipt, proof of purchase, and any accompanying gifts (if applicable).

2. Items that are not eligible for return

Gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts.

Items that have been purchased for more than 30 days.

Products that are no longer in their original condition, damaged, or missing through no fault of ours.

3. Return Process

It is the customer’s responsibility to print a return label and mail the product to USPS. Shipping and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will send you an email notifying you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method within a certain period of time.

Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
